Established in 2007, Shenzhen Zhenghao Plastic Mold Co., Ltd. is a specialized manufacturer dedicated to the R&D, production, and sales of plastic packaging products.  By 2025, we will celebrate 18 years of operation.  Over these 18 years, we have grown from a small startup to a reputable player in the industry with a team of over 50 employees, achievements made possible through the steadfast support and trust of our valued new and returning clients.

Design Department: Our professional 3D design team is well-staffed to ensure a dedicated designer is promptly assigned to each client's custom solution.  The team boasts extensive industry knowledge and utilizes advanced parametric modeling software to create highly precise and manufacturable plastic container designs.  This allows for intuitive visualization of your packaging concepts while minimizing the need for repeated post-design modifications.  Our efficient workflow enables rapid completion of mold and product design, helping to accelerate your product's time-to-market.
 

Sales Department: Zhenghao's custom solutions team now comprises over 15 members.  Leveraging years of industry experience and professional expertise in plastic packaging customization, they facilitate efficient communication to swiftly translate your concepts into viable, custom packaging solutions.  We are committed to ensuring your custom container packaging not only meets but exceeds expectations, thereby enhancing your brand value.

Mold Manufacturing Department: Our mold production workshop is powered by a team of more than 10 skilled mold masters.  Equipped with 8 advanced CNC machining centers complemented by multiple precision finishing stations, this robust setup guarantees exceptional mold quality and fast turnaround times.  The synergy between master craftsmen and modern technology allows us to manufacture high-precision molds more rapidly and efficiently, significantly speeding up the overall timeline for your packaging project.

Production Department: Our dust-free production facility spans over 8,000 square meters and is currently equipped with 11 extrusion blow molding machines, 6 stretch blow molding machines, 4 injection molding machines, and 3 automated printing lines.  Within this highly automated environment, our skilled technical team ensures superior production efficiency and consistent quality control, achieving a daily output of 100,000 pieces and maintaining an exceptional product qualification rate of over 99%.
